Description
The monitoring master plan was a project of the North Sea Task Force, a special group established by ICES and OSPARCOM to carry out work leading to a statement of circulation patterns, inputs and dispersion of contaminants, ecological conditions and effects of human activities in the North Sea. In 1990, the group was invited to address a number of additional topics in the 1993 QSR by the Third International Conference on the Protection of the North Sea. more
