Description
The EURHTFAM dataset with values of different fatty acids of Microcystis aeruginosa CAAT 2005-3, isolated from a water body located in the town of Pila, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina (34° 35' S, 58° 22′ W) (Rosso et al., 2014). Composition analysis of fatty acids was carried out using a gas chromatograph. more
This dataset was made from an experiment, which combined the effects of temperature and ultraviolet solar radiation on fatty acids of Microcystis aeruginosa CAAT 2005-3. The experiments were performed in the National Atomic Energy Commission (Buenos Aires, Argentina), where the culture were exposed simultaneoulsy to three solar irradiance (UVBR, UVAR and PAR - Photosynthetically active radiation -; UVAR and PAR; PAR). The fatty acid composition was analysed at the host institution (Marine Biology, Ugent), using a gas chromatograph equipped with a FID detector.
